Roberts Robinson Chevrolet Buick GMC Hands down.... The finest bunch of people I have ever had the opportunity to work with when it comes to their sales and service. Not only did they have to repair a recent rift I had with other car salesmen in general, and a shotgunned credit app not days before, but they gained my confidence in the process, fully explained every aspect of the purchase, worked out details, options, and warranties, and wrapped up my loan in exactly the way I hoped they would. I recieved what I paid for and then some. They gave me a FANTASTIC trade in value for my Rouge, found something in my Wants vs. Needs category, and treated me like more than a lady and a customer, they treated me like an OWNER. Aaaaand then came time for the fastest in and out inspection process you have ever seen. When it comes to service, everything has been on point, and when I did have a break down and needed to use my warranty, they were SPOT ON. Everything was spectacularly clean, the people were friendly, again, treated like more than a customer. I WAS AN OWNER. They even helped me arrange all of the assistance I needed to get back and forth from the shop to the Good Samaritan, kept me cool with refreshments while I waited, and had a bad starter fixed in less than 24 hours of it coming in on a tow truck. Aaaaaand then the first oil change and rotation, which was a great deal less money than I expected to pay. I'm also working out a few kinks in the truck and the service AND the sales department went waaay out of their way to get these fixed for me. I was doing a search for a Chevy Truck, and came across this Dealer that had just what I was looking for, so I contacted them. They got back to me really fast, and answered my questions. I had to work a bit Saturday morning, but headed up to this Dealership to buy this truck. They closed a 5pm on Saturday, and I got to the door about 4:45 or 4:50, and walked in looking for the name I was told to ask for when I got there. This deal went so fast I could not believe it. Soon I was headed back home that was a 4 hour drive for me, but enjoyed every second of it, in my new truck. I'm just saying, if you are looking for a car or truck, this is the place.. We have been customers at this location for years, but we hadn't been back since it changed owners. We had several things done on our Buick Enclave-vehicle serviced, tire rotation, air conditioner filter, changed, plus the check-point that is just normal routine. I waited 30 minutes, and everything was completed!!!! Thank you for your fast, friendly service.

I sent out for bids using Edmunds or True Car (through Allstate) across the KC GM dealers for either a Silverado or Sierra 4X4, Crew Cab, short box that could tow a minimum of 9K pounds, have heated leather seats, and a rear slider for a specific price. I requested the dealers email me what they had. This was the only dealer to fill the order specifically. They had a very well appointed truck that fit my needs perfectly that was their loaner. We closed the deal with no problems at all, they are very nice and honest, and we have recommended Roberts-Robinson GMC on our Facebook pages and will continue to do so.

I LOVE this dealer. If you're in the market for GM vehicle you owe it to yourself to drive up there. I live down in Lee's Summit and this is the ONLY GM dealer I'll work with.
